Refund policy
At Snuzia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@snuzia.com or +34 657 60 18 14. When contacting us, please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Conditions for Returns:
Nicotine Products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened nicotine-containing products. Any nicotine pouches or related products must remain unopened, in their original condition and packaging, with all seals, tags, and labels attached. Returns for opened items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Nicotine Products: Non-nicotine items such as accessories or merchandise can be returned as long as they are in their original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy requirements. If approved, we will process a refund or exchange within 2-3 business days.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) to you once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved.
Shipping Costs:
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fees.
Exceptions:
Opened Nicotine Products: As noted, we cannot accept returns of opened nicotine products due to health and safety regulations. This includes any products where the original seal has been broken.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
