Our shipping policy offers three distinct options to cater to your preferences and needs. We are committed to delivering your order promptly, securely, and in compliance with legal regulations.
Shipping Options within Spain:

1-3 Business Days Shipping (Correos Express):
This option ensures delivery within 1-3 business days, offering a great balance of speed and efficiency. -
2-3 Business Days Shipping (Correos Express):
Our Economy option guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days. -
1-2 Business Days Shipping (UPS Pickup Point):
For urgent orders, select our UPS Pickup Point service. Your package will be ready for collection at a designated UPS point within 1-2 business days, providing a fast and convenient pickup solution.
Shipping Options for Other Parts of Europe:
Delivery within 1-5 Business Days (UPS):
We offer a delivery window of 1-5 business days, depending on your location in Europe. Specific shipping times for your location will be displayed during the checkout process.
Important Information:
Order Processing:
Orders placed before 16:30 (local time) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 16:30 will be dispatched the next business day. We operate Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
First Shipping Day:
Shipping times begin the day after your package is dispatched. For example, if you place an order on a Sunday with a 1-2 business day shipping option, your package will arrive on Tuesday (1st shipping day) or Wednesday (2nd shipping day), with Monday as the dispatch day.
Age Verification on Delivery (18+):
All orders require age verification at the time of delivery. The recipient must present a valid government-issued ID proving they are 18 years or older. If the recipient is unable to provide proof of age, the package will be returned to us. Failure to complete the age verification process will result in the order being canceled and sent back to us.
Shipping Responsibility:
Once the package leaves our facility, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Shipping Partners:
For orders within Spain, we use UPS, Correos Express, and CTT Express. For orders outside Spain, we partner with UPS to ensure efficient and secure delivery.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor your package’s journey.
