Order and purchase agreement

To complete your order, you need to confirm that you have read and accepted these Conditions. The purchase will only be completed after your order has been confirmed by Snuzia. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to the email address you have provided when placing the order. It is mandatory that you are over 18 years old in order to make a purchase from Snuzia. You also need to provide an address within Spain to be able to make a purchase.

Snuzia only provide its service to human beings. Snuzia have the right to decline an order in case Snuzia suspects that the order is not intended for the Customer's private use. In case of suspicion that the Customers order does not meet Snuzias terms and conditions, or in case of suspicion of other types of irregularities or misuse of the service, Snuzias reserves the right to decline, cancel or change a customer’s order.

Delivery and delivery time

Snuzia offers a several different shipping alternatives depending how fast you want your order. The shipping alternatives as well as the delivery time for each shipping alternative are further described in the checkout at the Website.

We offer 24 hour delivery to your door/pickup point.
24 – 48 hours delivery to your door/pickup point.
72 hours delivery to your door/pickup point.

Please note that if you place an order with an address belonging to any Spanish Islands. The delivery could be 1-4 days, even if you choose the fastest option.

Alegranza, Balearerna, El Hierro, Formentera – Fuerteventura, Graciosa - Gran Canaria, Ibiza - Illa de Cabrera, Illa de sa Conillera, Illa de sa Porrassa, Illa de Tagomago, Illa des Bosc, Isla Colom, Isla de Lobos, Isla de Montaña Clara, Isla del Aire, Canary Islands, La Gomera, La Palma, Lanzarote, Mallorca, Menorca, Tabarca, Tenerife.

95% of all the deliveries make it in time. 5% of the deliveries might be delayed due to incidents.

If you order local delivery in Barcelona, we deliver every day from 12:00 – 22:00. We will contact you and inform you before we arrive to make sure that you are at the provided address.

In Marbella, Fuengirola and Palma de Mallorca we deliver the same day. After placing your order we will contact you and make sure that you are at the address provided when the package arrives.

Right of withdrawal, complaint and returns

If you place an order and later want to return it and have your money back, you can send it back to us and get a full refund. You have 14 days to regret and send your package back to us.

In the case of regret, send us an email with the order-number that was provided to your email when first placing an order, and tell us that you want a refund. We will review your email, give you the details how to send your order back, then refund your money.

If a product differs from the purchase agreement or does otherwise not correspond to the description provided by Snuzia, you have the right to make a complaint about the product to Snuzia.

If the product is damaged in any way, send us an email with your order-number that was provided to your email when first placing an order, explain the issue, preferably send a picture of the compliant/damage. We will review your complaint, give you instructions how to send the damaged product back to us, when we receive it, we will refund your money.
